MASKS ARE CURRENTLY REQUIRED to enter our clinic since we are a medical facility. However, we are currently allowing clients and their pets into the exam rooms where a technician will meet with you to go over history and your concerns. They will then take your pet into the back treatment room for the doctor to do the examination. After the exam, the doctor will call you to discuss his/her findings and, with your guidance, put together a plan. We are doing this by phone to attempt to limit our doctor's exposure, since we are a small one doctor practice. If the COVID-19 environment changes, these policies may also change.
